1) Pakistan’s Army Chief held meeting with Saudi King and Staff Chief of Saudi Forces
Islamabad, Tuesday, 3 November 2015   
During the two-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan Army Chief Raheel Sharif met King Salman and Chief of General Staff Rehman Saleh separately to deliberate over matters related to counter-terrorism, security cooperation and regional security situation.

3) Issues relating economic cooperation discussed between Iranian envoy and Pakistan’s Finance Minister

Iranian ambassador to Pakistan Alireza Haghighian highlighted the need to enhance trade and economic cooperation while paying a farewell call on Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad. He further conveyed Iran’s eager interest in holding the 20th Pak-Iran Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting in Tehran.

4) Lifting of sanctions against Iran to strengthen Pak-Iran bilateral ties

9) Pakistan condemned bomb blasts in Beirut

A statement was issued by Pakistan’s foreign office to condemn the twin suicide bomb blasts in a busy street in the southern suburb of Burj al-Barajneh in Beirut and condoled the loss of 43 lives in the tragedy.
