2. ISPR denies report about purchase of defence equipment from Israel
Rawalpindi, Tuesday, 11 June 2013
A spokesman of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) denied that Pakistan had purchased defence equipments from Israel. According to a media report, over the past five years, Israel has exported military equipment, including hi-tech gear used in combat jets, to Pakistan.

12. Iran to export diesel
Islamabad, Sunday, 9 June 2013
To stop the cross-border smuggling fuels and goods to Pakistan and Afghanistan, Iran launched a border market to sell diesel fuel to buyers from both these countries. around 7-10 million litres of petrol and diesel were smuggled out every day, according to Iranian state media.

14. Turkish firm Karkey files US$ 700m claim on Pakistan
Islamabad, Tuesday, 18 June 2013
A Turkish power generation company Karkey Karadeniz Elektrik Uretim filed a case against the Pakistan government for compensation of losses worth US$ 700 million. The firm had leased a vessel-based power generation unit to Pakistan in 2011. But due to intervention by the Supreme Court of Pakistan the project was cancelled.

15. Saudi Arabia denies giving marching orders to Pak expats
Islamabad, Wednesday, 5 June 2013
Saudi Arabia ruled out suggestions that a large number of Pakistani expatriates working there would be deported after the enforcement of new labour rules.  The Saudi embassy said that the decision on introduction of new regulations was not country-specific and all workers coming from any country would be regularized according to the rules of the Ministry of Labour.
